Royse City Medical / Tri-County Pain Management Centre is a dual service facility serving the community and surrounding community's with a state of the art facility specializing in management and diagnosis of acute and chronic disease, difficult disease and pain problem diagnosis, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain. Dr. Jones supervises the family practice which is under the care of Rachel Hankins, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Patient Web Portal

Patients can now access lab results and testing reports, communicate with our office, request an appointment, cancel an appointment, and update insurance & demographic information though our Patient Web Portal . Simply call our office at 972-636-9577 either Ext. 1 or Ext. 5 and ask to be sent an invitation to the portal. Your invitation (by email) to the Patient Portal, will provide you with a login user name (which will be your office chart number and will never change) and temporary password (which you will be asked to change to a password of your preference when you 1st log on). When you do use the portal for the first time, you must click the link in your "invitation" email to verify your email address or you will not be able to log in. Needless to say, you must have a valid email address to utilize the Patient Portal. We encourage you to have internet service and an email address which will greatly enhance your communication with our office. However, we have not neglected those with "computer phobia" and have no internet or computer resources. Read Lab Result 800 below.

We have not forgotten those patients who do not wish to use the internet. At the time of your visit, you will be provided a card with your ID number and instructions on calling our Lab Result 800 number so that you may retrieve your lab results by phone. You really should consider getting involved in the internet. There are so many advantages and "extras" to be gained by being "online"
